Justin J. O'Hara believes every successful real estate transaction begins with trust. A relationship-driven professional with exceptional communication skills, Justin has built his career on the principles of character, integrity, and fiduciary responsibility. His calm, confident approach and commitment to understanding each client's goals allow him to provide thoughtful guidance, strategic negotiation, and a level of service built on lasting relationships.

Before entering real estate, Justin spent more than two decades as an institutional Fixed Income Capital Markets sales executive on Wall Street, advising sophisticated investors and building trusted relationships with portfolio managers, chief investment officers, hedge funds, and asset managers responsible for billions of dollars in investments. His career required deep market knowledge, disciplined execution, and the ability to negotiate complex transactions while earning the confidence of highly discerning clients. Those experiences now provide a distinct advantage for his real estate clients, bringing Wall Street-caliber negotiation skills, financial insight, and a strategic approach to every transaction. Five years ago, Justin and his family relocated from Montclair, New Jersey, to Fort Myers, embracing the Southwest Florida lifestyle and the opportunity to serve the local community.

Outside of real estate, Justin is deeply committed to Fort Myers and enjoys mentoring young athletes through lacrosse. He serves as an assistant coach for the girls' varsity lacrosse program at Bishop Verot Catholic High School and is the founder and head coach of the girls' lacrosse program at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School. When he is not serving clients or coaching, Justin enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and his lifelong appreciation for the Grateful Dead. Combining Wall Street experience, local market knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others, Justin delivers a highly strategic, yet personal real estate experience built on trust, communication, and results.
